For example, to achieve smooth and energy-saving operation, reduce vibration and noise, and add AC frequency conversion speed regulation system; to increase parking space and protect various transmission components from pollution and corrosion, the drive mechanism adopts integrated design with some equipment using bus control technology in various control forms such as button, password key, IC card, remote control, and touch screen; in order to shorten the construction period and be easy to install and disassemble, the mechanical structure also adopts modular design for easy combination use.
2. Reliable system
Currently, some new materials and processes are used, such as H-shaped steel beams with combined galvanized plates or integrally formed galvanized plates for vehicle platforms; safety protection measures including positioning devices and sound and light guide automatic fire extinguishing systems are applied. Furthermore, research has been conducted on structural design, system control, access methods, system reliability, as well as process and has achieved good results. Meanwhile, further development and improvement of parking industry-related regulations and standards have been carried out.
Mechanical parking garages not only realize the development of flat parking to spatial development, but also integrate various technologies such as mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic, saving space, cost, and being highly automated and convenient. They can also be combined with ground parking lots, underground parking garages, and parking buildings, and are an effective means to solve urban parking challenges and a necessary path for the development of the parking industry.
