    Sanmiu Garage reaches strategic cooperation with Zhaoqing College, which has nearly fifty years of history, 174 doctoral students, and 526 professors. Zhaoqing College officially assigns multiple professors to Sanmiu Garage to assist in technical research and development, and to jointly build an innovation platform and a technical R&D base.

    The Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Association for Science and Technology jointly released the "Opinions on Mobilizing Science and Technology Personnel to Serve Enterprises," and the People's Government of Guangdong Province, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly issued the "Notice on Organizing and Implementing the Provincial and Ministerial Enterprise Science and Technology Special Commissioner Action Plan," aiming to establish a long-term mechanism for science and technology personnel to serve enterprises, and continuously improve the independent innovation capability and core competitiveness of industries.
