For mechanical parking equipment, common driving methods include hydraulic drive and electric motor drive. The hydraulic motor has a large torque and small volume, which can reduce the overall volume of the mechanical structure, but requires the establishment of a separate pump station, leading to high costs. At the same time, when the garage is in motion, rubber hoses need to be connected, and repeated bending will have a significant impact on the lifespan of the rubber hoses. A multi-story garage is a low-frequency mechanical equipment, and in order to ensure that vehicles can access at any time, the hydraulic pump station must constantly replenish lost pressure, resulting in significant energy waste. Common three-phase asynchronous electric motor drive, under the same torque, has a larger volume compared to the hydraulic motor, but because it does not require energy to maintain the state, and the dragging cable has almost no impact on the cable life, most garages use three-phase asynchronous electric motors as the power source.
During the movement process of the mechanical parking garage, the rack and rail are fixed, the reducer and walking gear are fixed on the walking box, driving the walking box and the column and car carrier board above it to move back and forth.
