The lifting system is responsible for the loading and unloading of cars inside the garage. The elevator fork requires smooth up and down movement, accurate positioning, and no impact. The lifting system consists of the driving and braking system, the suspension chain and sprocket system, the elevator fork and guide system, the counterweight system, the elevator fork position detection and safety limit system, and several other components. Stereo garage manufacturer introduces the system composition of the stereo garage.

1. Lifting system (elevator fork)

The lifting system in the garage is responsible for the loading and unloading of cars, requiring smooth up and down movement, accurate positioning, and no impact. The lifting system consists of the driving and braking system, transmission components including the suspension chain and sprocket system, the elevator fork and guide system, the counterweight system, balance weight, reduction of motor power, elevator fork position detection and safety limit system, and other parts.

2. Horizontal shift system

Used to complete the exchange of cars between the elevator fork and the horizontal shifting rack, as well as the parking of cars in each parking space, it includes the left and right parking space horizontal drive system, the central pit horizontal drive system, the horizontal shift rack and partition, the horizontal shift rack load status detection system, the horizontal shift position detection and safety limit system, and several other parts.

3. Rotary tray system

The rotary tray system is installed on the bottom level of the stereo parking garage, and its purpose is: when storing the car, it serves as a transitional parking platform for the car to enter the garage, while detecting and calibrating the car's position on the bottom level of the garage and weighing the car to determine if it exceeds the permitted parking weight; when extracting the car, it serves as a transitional parking platform for the car to drive out of the garage, and rotates the car to face the garage door, facilitating driving out of the garage. The rotary tray system includes the rotary tray, turntable base, parking detection and alarm system, and several other parts.

The stereo garage manufacturer states that the parking detection and alarm device is used to detect the position of the car parked on the rotating tray when the car enters the garage, and to emit an alarm signal to inform the driver that the car has reached the designated position. This device consists of photoelectric sensors installed on the walls on both sides of the pit corresponding to the position of the front wheels of the car and guide mirrors and a buzzer alarm installed on the front entrance facade of the garage bottom level.
