President Sampu has been selected as a technology innovation and entrepreneurship talent in the National Innovation Talent Promotion Plan

    According to the "Notice of the Ministry of Science and Technology on the Announcement of the List of Selected Candidates for the 2017 Innovation Talent Promotion Plan" (Guo Ke Fa Zhi [2018] No. 186), President Sunong of Sampu is officially selected as a "Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent" under the Ministry of Science and Technology's "Innovation Talent Promotion Program".

    The Ministry of Science and Technology has carried out the organization and implementation of the 2017 Innovation Talent Promotion Plan according to the relevant plan. Through application recommendation, formal review, expert evaluation, and other selections, a total of 323 young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation leaders, 54 key area innovation teams, 212 scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship talents, and 30 innovation talent cultivation demonstration bases were officially selected for the 2017 Innovation Talent Promotion Plan. The innovative talents include scientists with world-class level, leading figures in technological innovation in various industries, national key area teams, and talents. Among them, President Sunong of Sampu is selected as a scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship talent.

    The Innovation Talent Promotion Plan aims to cultivate and train a group of world-class scientists, high-level scientific and technological leaders and engineers, excellent innovation teams and entrepreneurial talents, create a number of innovation talent cultivation demonstration bases, strengthen the construction of a high-level innovative scientific and technological talent team, lead and drive the development of various scientific and technological talents, and provide strong talent support for enhancing independent innovation capability and building an innovative country through innovative institutional mechanisms, optimizing policy environment, and strengthening guarantee measures.
