Qingyuan People's Court is located in Qingyuan Qingxin District, with 13 internal institutions including the filing court, trial court, and research office, and 1 direct unit - the Judicial Police Brigade. There are also 3 people's courts in Henghe, Yuantan, and Feilaixia.

As a court that has for many years ranked first in the city in terms of filed and closed cases, as well as the average number of cases concluded per court and judge, Qingyuan People's Court receives a large number of people and business entities daily. As a result, the parking problem has become increasingly severe. In order to better serve the local people and make the process more efficient and expedient, the court has implemented numerous measures. One of these measures is to use a multi-level car park to address the issue of parking difficulties.

At the beginning of the project, the court adhered to a rigorous and efficient style, conducting strict screening of large and small multi-level car park enterprises in the South China region, and ultimately selecting the reputable Sampu car park.
