      Approaching Long's workbench, one can see piles of drawings on the desk. Long, wearing black-framed glasses, is staring at the computer screen with unwavering focus. His right hand moves the mouse, adjusting the detailed drawings, while his left hand swiftly types on the keyboard, accompanied by the pleasant rhythm of keyboard and mouse sounds, creating a harmonious office melody. He is so engrossed in his work that even after standing silently behind him for several minutes, he doesn't notice. A gentle tap on the table finally catches his attention, and he looks at me with a mix of surprise and confusion, then smiles, adorable. No wonder they say that people who work earnestly are the cutest!

      When he finally had some free time, I poured two cups of tea and had a light chat. It turns out that Long, originally trained in architectural engineering, has been working with mechanical drawings and design software for a full decade. He has been involved in the design of different types of machinery, and he shared that although mechanical drawing and design work is complex and arduous, it can spark one's creative enthusiasm and desire for challenges. Even a small oversight in equipment can lead to operational issues, and one has to continuously identify, modify, and adjust to solve the problems. When the issue is successfully resolved, the sense of accomplishment is undeniable.

      Long didn't initially work in garage design at Sampu. However, when he saw the rigorous requirements for structural and electrical design in a particular project, it piqued his interest. He spent his days providing on-site guidance in the workshop and used his free time to quietly study and improve. In just over two months, he was involved in the design of a new project with ease. His detailed, precise, clear, and understandable drawings impressed the production management staff.

      In the golden August of 2017, Sampu's production tasks were at their busiest. To meet the deadlines, the workshop worked tirelessly 24 hours a day, and the technical department, led by Long, also worked overtime alongside the frontline employees. The demanding and intense work eventually led Long to catch a cold, with constant sneezing and a hoarse throat. Despite this, he continued to diligently provide guidance to the frontline team leaders during the day and patiently instruct the workers in drawing interpretation. The cold lasted for two weeks, and other than one night when he was too weak to work overtime, his sense of responsibility led him to encourage the technical department staff to work overtime every other night. During the entire rush period, the drawings never caused any delays in production. Through the collective efforts of the Sampu team, we turned the impossible into possible, and successfully completed all urgent orders for major client Pujia Li, as well as other projects. As a result, Dongfeng Nissan sent a thank-you letter for the high-quality and efficient Sampu garage, and the Dongguan Intermediate People's Court construction project was completed 31 days ahead of schedule, receiving multiple commendations. This success prompted a grand invitation to Sampu's chairman and management team to attend the Jun Gong ceremony…

      The high praise and recognition from clients, as well as the continuous growth in performance, have made us, as members of Sampu, proud, but we also know that such achievements and honors are not easily attained, requiring a lot of hard work and sweat. However, I also believe that if we all approach every task like Long, with diligent focus and unwavering responsibility, there is nothing we can't do right! As long as we wholeheartedly and diligently improve on every task, we can surely produce more and better products! I am confident that Sampu will create even greater miracles and more brilliance!
