    For the sake of quality, he goes to work early and comes home late, staying at the construction site, measuring dimensions, digging and hauling, grinding and welding, personally demonstrating and teaching every installer, ensuring that everyone masters the installation methods and techniques accurately.

    For the sake of delivering, he coordinates internally, communicates externally, explains with reason, and works tirelessly to ensure that colleagues are convinced and clients are satisfied.

    For the sake of payment, he is always ready to go, regardless of weekends or holidays, keeping watch in the office until late at night. He said that although he may feel wronged, he will not give up the company's property and rights. He is determined to defend them.

    His courage, his perseverance, his unwavering determination, all show that he is a flexible and adaptable man, a true gentleman!

    Thinking back to the younger Xiaoyongyi when he first joined Sanyo, that was more than ten years ago. At that time, Sanyo had just been established, and Xiaoyongyi was not as capable as he is now. He was just an ordinary employee at Sanyo. He said that at that time, like most young people, he had his own ideals and aspirations, hoping to make a difference in the company and contribute in a special way. But unlike his peers, he deeply understood that the harvest is always proportional to the effort. So, while on the front line, he was always thinking about how to improve work efficiency, how to do things better. He completed tasks ahead of schedule, and always did them more perfectly than others. He developed the habit of looking at things from multiple angles, gradually forming a leadership mentality. It's with this strong and steady step that he moved from a front-line employee to the current manager of the engineering department.

    The manager of the engineering department is not a job for just anyone. Sometimes, you really need to have the extraordinary ability of "three heads and six arms, eyes in all directions, and ears listening everywhere". Think about it, from the early stages of construction, pile driving and shoring, to coordinating production, shipping, technical drawing and assembly methods, to coordinating with customers on schedule, progress and payments. He has to communicate with special inspection institutes in various regions and follow up on acceptance matters, guide the workers in moving and installation, allocate and transfer personnel, arrange tool placement and material storage, and manage other on-site tasks. Just thinking about it gives you a headache. But our hero Xiaoyongyi is particularly capable, and he manages all these tasks efficiently.

    Of course, this is not the most impressive part. The most impressive part is that after the company went public in the second half of last year, the number of orders suddenly increased. At the end of 2016, more than a dozen construction sites started at the same time. Xiaoyongyi and his engineering team were really busy, finishing a site and moving to another. At the end of the project, in the bitter cold of the winter, Xiaoyongyi saw the installation team members freezing, and he gently said to them, "You go rest, I will finish these last tasks." And so, he faced the piercing cold wind, tidying up and organizing at the site. Inspired and driven by him, the entire installation team worked with enthusiasm, and all the projects were completed on time with high quality.
