Sanmiura's fist product, "New Energy Charging Garage", is as cool, bright, and handsome as its founder. So who is the founder? Of course, it's our vice general manager of operations and maintenance center, the extraordinary and handsome Master Lu Wei.
Master Lu has thick eyebrows, big eyes, and slightly curled black hair. At first glance, he looks like a handsome guy from Xinjiang. Upon closer inspection, he resembles Fei Xiang, who sang "A Fire in Winter." In any case, he is stylish and handsome. Master Lu's external appearance is always welcome for everyone to appreciate. Today, we want to talk about his management ability and technical expertise.
First, speaking of management ability, Master Lu is fully responsible for all affairs of the company's operations and maintenance center, and also serves as the company's electrical chief engineer. Just by hearing these titles, you can sense this person's extraordinary capability. And in fact, this is true.
Master Lu and his team are responsible for the maintenance of tens of thousands of garages across the country, located in busy commercial districts, hospitals, hotels, and other public places with high pedestrian traffic. Each parking space operates frequently every day, and it's normal to have some minor malfunctions. However, since Master Lu took over the operations and maintenance center, the company's complaint hotline has never rung. Not a single complaint call has been received. Because of this, the colleagues responsible for answering complaint calls initially thought the phone was broken and even suspected that there was a mistake in the complaint number left on the equipment, so they had the quality inspection department conduct a re-check.
Later, I had the privilege of examining Master Lu's training materials and work notes. His notebook was filled with management insights and maintenance experience, including various key points and details of equipment inspections, as well as potential causes of equipment abnormal noises, such as loose chains, foreign object blockage, component deformation, etc. In actual maintenance management work, Master Lu follows the principles of "timing," "personnel," and "quality." There are strict requirements and standards for when to inspect, who will do the inspection, and to what extent. For example, if there is a slight abnormal noise in the equipment, the maintenance personnel must thoroughly investigate it, just like how traditional Chinese medicine uses the "four diagnostic methods" - observation, listening and smelling, questioning, and pulse-taking.
In order to better conduct experiments on the charging garage, the company specially equipped a charging car - the BYD "Qin". This experimental product once became Master Lu's best partner. He and his team brainstormed during the day and continued to research at night. I heard that there was a time when he spent more time with "Qin" than with his girlfriend, which made his girlfriend jealous. With Master Lu's complete attention, the Sanmiura Charging Garage was officially launched in May 2016 and was subsequently put into use at Guizhou University of Technology and Zhongcun Hospital. All the wiring for the charging garage is neatly and tidily placed inside steel troughs and has stable performance. The integrated charging cabinet is placed behind the garage on the first floor, providing efficient and convenient charging. The unique secondary docking technology allows for operation even in a completely powered-off state, ensuring safety. It supports both fast and slow charging, catering to different charging needs. The new energy garage can also be connected to wind and solar energy, greatly saving energy consumption.
With a Master like him, how can we not love and admire him.
