In February 2011, organized by the safety director, new employees were given safety production training to create a safe three-dimensional garage. During this period, the safety director combined theoretical knowledge with vivid cartoons to explain various safety regulations to be followed when entering the workshop, as well as precautions to be taken when operating various equipment. Several safety accidents caused by violations were also cited. Throughout the training process, the atmosphere was enthusiastic, and the new employees actively participated and bravely shared their own experiences and safety accidents that occurred around them.
Finally, to test the effectiveness of this training, the safety director conducted a relevant assessment of the new employees. Each new employee took the test seriously and applied the knowledge they had learned to their work to create a safe three-dimensional garage.
